The annual condominium owners' meeting is a key moment for condominium owners' associations, but is often associated with time-consuming processes and mountains of paperwork. Huperty set itself the goal of digitising this necessary process and at the same time mapping legally binding decision-making processes. The functionality was expanded to include additional areas for reporting repair cases to the property management company, which in turn coordinates the work with tradespeople. Our task was to design the entire UX/UI of the platform, focussing on clear processes, intuitive navigation and ease of use. Users were to be guided through the application at all times, whether they wanted to make arrangements or place repair orders.
