Dental Bern is Switzerland's leading trade fair for dentistry and takes place every two years at the BERNEXPO Exhibition Centre in Bern. The event is aimed at dentists, dental hygienists, dental technicians and manufacturers and service providers in the dental industry. To meet the complex requirements of a modern trade fair organisation, we have developed a tailor-made, web-based trade fair management solution.

Our cloud-based all-in-one application combines all organisational and operational processes related to the trade fair in a central platform – modular in design and flexibly expandable.

Exhibitor management: Online registration, stand management, automatic stand allocation and invoicing for exhibitors.

Visitor management: Online registration, ticket sales, on-site ticketing and access control via QR codes and smartphone scanning.

Content management: A specially developed CMS for flexible maintenance of the trade fair website and integration of editorial content.

Statistical evaluations: Real-time insights into visitor numbers, ticket sales and exhibitor data.

Signage and orientation: Integration of exhibition graphics and guidance systems, including for a 65-metre-long multimedia screen in the exhibition area.

Interactive maps: Dynamic site plans for better orientation for visitors and for management by the trade fair team.
