The chilli approach

The Zeugnis.ch platform is more than just a generator for standardised employment references. It offers:

  • Efficient workflows thanks to intelligent workflows,
  • customisable text modules that are industry-specific and available in multiple languages,
  • reliability in terms of employment law thanks to standards that comply with current legal requirements and
  • maximum data security with storage in Swiss data centres.

An inspiring, iterative design process

Working closely with the project team, we developed Zeugnis.ch step by step – from initial wireframes and design hypotheses to finished designs. Open and productive teamwork was a key factor in the success of the project and contributed significantly to the high design and functional quality of the new platform.

Zeugnis.ch – rethought, redesigned and rebuilt

The recent version represents a milestone in the user-friendliness and functionality of the platform. The focus was on the following points:

  1. New content architecture
    The application has been restructured. A well thought-out information architecture and a clear navigation concept ensure that users can find what they need quickly and intuitively.
  2. Optimised workflow
    With an intelligent workflow, no tasks are left undone. Automated reminders and clearly recognisable roles facilitate collaboration between HR managers, supervisors and external service providers.
  3. Modernised UX/UI design
    A user-friendly and timeless interface makes using Zeugnis.ch pleasant and uncomplicated, even for newcomers. The user interface has been designed with a clear focus on clarity and efficiency.

Support with technical implementation

After finalising the UX design, we closely monitored the technical implementation. We supported the product owner and the development team in consistently transferring our concept and design into the application – right up to the successful roll-out.

For us, Zeugnis.ch is a centrepiece of the Avenir Group's offering – so it was important for the relaunch to be a complete success. With a small but highly committed team, we have achieved great things. I am particularly pleased with how positively the new design and the improved user experience have been received. The direct feedback from our customers has shown this: The new features have been well received – and we have been able to expand our market position as planned.
