User experience and language reimagined – the creation of the HR Hub

The Avenir Group commissioned us to develop the information architecture and user experience design for their latest product, the HR Hub. The objective was to develop a people-centric platform that would satisfy the requirements of both managers and employees whilst simultaneously enhancing the efficiency of HR processes. A co-creation approach was used in a joint project with the HR department of Avenir Group's pilot customer. This approach integrated insights and feedback from different perspectives.

The UX design has been developed to ensure that employees and managers alike feel at ease.

The solution was developed through a co-creation process involving Avenir Group and its pilot customer. The HR Hub's comprehensive structure encompasses the entire employee life cycle. The phases include recruitment, development, recognition and departure.

A uniform UX design ensures clear structures, facilitates orientation and improves the findability of information. By contributing directly to employer branding, the HR Hub strengthens both the employer brand and user trust. In addition, the client's original HR intranet texts were revised and translated into accessible, comprehensible language that will appeal to all stakeholders.
