Universal Compliance Training for Hospitals

It’s not just any compliance training. This web-based training on difficult compliance matters was designed to teach 32.000 employees who are spread over 50 hospitals, showing a high diversity in cognitive abilities, language skills and professions. While other trainings are expensive, bulky and cause low attendance, we reached about 80% within 12 weeks.

UX & Touchpoints

To create a universal design, cumbersome content was reduced and organized into motivating learning modules and a job-relevant test module – all separately accessible on the user’s preferred device. Beyond this, overall communication was enhanced with touchpoints and implemented in 3 waves.
