The chilli approach

As banking rapidly shifts toward remote, mobile-first interactions, Atruvia needed to reimagine its digital service infrastructure. The goal: create an unified ecosystem that supports secure customer consultations from anywhere, while streamlining complex, multi-system workflows for consultants.

chilli mind co-created the solution with Atruvia’s financial experts, focusing on an user-centered, iterative process. Through intensive workshops, prototyping, and the creation of living personas we were able to design a fully responsive, white-label-ready platform that merges fragmented systems into one seamless experience.

Customers benefit from secure on-the-go transactions, smart account insights, and location-based services — all supported by real-time video consultations. For the banking staff, the platform delivers a dashboard-like command center with seamless multi-device control, instant access to customer data and smart contextual guidance.

The result is a modular finance service ecosystem that meets the needs of customers and finance consultants. The system is scalable, customizable for different banks, and enhancing efficiency, trust, and service quality at every touchpoint.

Blended Financial Advice

The mix of customer self-service input with targeted personal advice makes the advisory process more efficient and requires significantly less time overall. This increases precision in the recommendation of suitable financial products while at the same time reducing the financial advisor's workload.
