The myKWS Dashboard is the result of a 2.5-year global service design initiative aimed at empowering farmers with cutting-edge smart agriculture technologies. The project prioritized customer-centricity and real value creation, recognizing the demand for personalized, adaptable solutions across multiple channels.

Through a collaborative approach, we developed global farmer personas and mapped customer journeys to enhance every interaction.

Industry experts ensured the service remained globally relevant and locally adaptable. Continuous prototyping and UX/UI testing refined the experience, and seamless omnichannel journey mapping improved usability.
